ANNABELLE

HANNAH: Dad wrote 'Annabelle' in 1975 and recorded it four years later. 

Once again we tried to persuade him to let us make a new video of it (would have taken less than an hour) but he wasn't interested. He thinks his old version has a certain charm. 

"Besides", he says, "the viewing public will compare my feeble efforts with yours and your talents will amaze and impress them even more!" 

And the real reason he wants it kept the way it is? Check out the pictures (of him) in his prime. He wants y'all to know he was a looker back then!

Does a man's vanity fade when it becomes foolish, inappropriate?

I'm guessing it doesn't.
